Measured from
the original.
Measured from the original
Every part is modeled from a physical reference unit under digital calipers. Shaft bores, mounting points, and mating surfaces are captured to hundredths of a millimeter. Not approximated from photos or drawings. Measured.
Material matched to the job
Resin for parts that need fine surface detail and tight dimensional tolerances. PETG for structural parts that bear load. ASA for anything exposed to heat or UV. The material is chosen for what the part has to do, not what the printer can run.
Printed and finished
FDM parts are printed on a calibrated machine in controlled conditions. Resin parts are printed at 16K resolution, solvent-washed, and UV-cured to full hardness. Every part is cleaned and inspected before it leaves the bench.
Checked before it ships
Critical dimensions are verified against the original reference measurements. If a tolerance is published on the product page, it has been confirmed with calipers on the finished part. If anything is off, it does not ship.
